The adaptation of Harlan Coben's Shelter is now on Prime Video with a cast of newcomers bringing it to life.

Harlan Coben's Shelter cast brings together an exciting ensemble to bring this thrilling book to life. First published in 2011, Shelter was the first novel in Harlan Coben's young adult novels featuring his popular teen protagonist, Mikey Boiltar. The success of the novel and its sequels has pushed forward the television adaptation with Prime Video airing the new teen-led mystery series that follows the intrigue and dark adventures of the book. One of the most interesting aspects of the show is the Harlan Coben's Shelter cast which features newcomers and television veterans.

The 8-episode first season of Harlan Coben's Shelter begins with 15-year-old Mickey Bolitar, a young man still dealing with the loss of his father while living with his aunt in the small town of Kasselton, the homeplace of his father was from. However, when a fellow new kid in school disappears, Mikey and his new band of friends begin to investigate the dark secrets lurking beneath Kasselton's placid surface. From the teen heroes to the adults with plenty of secrets of their own, the Harlan Coben's Shelter cast kicks off this story in a compelling way

Jaden Michael stars as Mickey Bolitar in the Harlan Coben's Shelter cast. Mickey is the hero of the story, a talented young athlete and promising young man whose father is killed in a car accident and his mother has been living in rehab. He lives with his estranged aunt in the small New Jersey town of Kasselton, where his father was from, and which also happens to be full of dark secrets.

After running into the mysterious Bat Lady who tells him his father is alive, a new girl at school who Mickey had asked out goes missing and he begins to suspect there is a darker conspiracy at work. Jaden Michael brings Mickey's story to life. Michael is an American actor who is best known for playing young Colin Kaepernick in the miniseries Colin in Black & White. He has also appeared in the movie Wonderstruck, as well as shows like Blue Bloods and The Get Down.

After meeting Mickey, she begins to be drawn into the mystery of the town as well as soften her hard exterior by forming friendships with her fellow outcasts that make up Shelter's dark Goonies-like team of young heroes.

Another relative newcomer, Abby Corrigan is an up-and-coming American actor with an impressive career already prior to playing Ema in Harlan Coben's Shelter. She has appeared in a number of acclaimed series such Banshee, and Rectify. She is likely best known for playing Chance on Castle Rock. While Corrigan has been active since a young age, her first prominent role came in 2012's Homeland as Rebecca Morrison.
